Cancellation, Refund, and Service Dispute Policy

The customer may cancel any subscription or requested service at any time prior to the commencement of services. Mirthful Maintenance LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or discontinue any service, estimate, or subscription at its sole discretion and for any reason, with or without notice.

Cancellations made by the customer/client after services have commenced or been completed are not eligible for a refund. The customer/client remains fully responsible for payment of all services rendered in accordance with the terms of any accepted proposal, estimate, or service agreement.

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Mirthful Maintenance LLC and are limited to services not yet rendered.

Any disputes or concerns regarding services rendered must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion to:

Mirthful Maintenance LLC will respond to properly submitted disputes within two (2) business days. Failure to submit written notice within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the services rendered.
