Pricing & Estimates

Pricing varies based on the type of service, project complexity, and material costs.

For more involved work—such as shed repairs or rebuilds—the standard labor rate is $50 per hour, plus the cost of materials.

Lawn mowing services start as low as $25 per visit and require an on-site estimate prior to service to ensure accurate pricing based on lawn size and current condition.

All potential customers are encouraged to request a free, no-obligation estimate before making any decisions. This helps ensure full transparency and allows you to understand the scope of work and total cost upfront.

Note: Applicable taxes will be added to all invoices.

Mirthful Maintenance LLC accepts cash, check, Venmo, credit, and debit card payments.

For one-time services, an invoice will be issued upon completion of the project. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. You don’t pay until the job is finished and you’re satisfied with the work.

For recurring services, such as lawn mowing, services will be performed on the agreed-upon schedule for the entire month. An invoice will then be issued at the end of the month, with 30 days to pay in full.

All invoices are sent via email to the address you provide. Please note that PayPal is not accepted as a form of payment.

If you are located outside of Utah County, you are still welcome to request a free, no-obligation estimate. However, an additional travel and fuel charge may apply for each service performed, depending on the distance and scope of work.

Invoicing & Payment Terms

Mirthful Maintenance LLC will issue an invoice upon completion of services, either via email or by providing a secure payment link.

One-Time Services

• Invoiced the same day services are completed

• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date

Recurring Services

• Invoiced on the last day of each month for all services completed during that billing period

• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date

Accepted Payment Methods

• All major credit and debit cards

• Cash and Venmo are accepted only if arranged in advance with Mirthful Maintenance LLC
